The Shu Yang team, Vytrina, took home the first-place price in the 2024 Penn Health-Tech Demo Award Competition. Teams in the competition pitched their ventures to a panel of industry experts, investors, and mentors. Team Vytrina works toward creating strong and reversible wound dressing films for head surgery that promotes healing, which can be applied where hair is present, and is easily removable.
