Weiwei’s research has resulted into fabricating a new type of polymer nanocomposite by infiltrating polymer into nanoporous bicontinuous membrane. Significantly, polymer infiltration kinetics under nanoconfinement is significantly faster than expected compared to that predicted by the conventional viscosity model.
